Incahoot Twitter Prize Draw Rules
1. Promoter: Incahoot Limited, a company registered in England under number 06635483 with our registered office at Office 404, Albany House, 324 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH, England (“Incahoot”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you have any queries about these rules or this prize draw, please send an email to marketing@incahoot.com
2. Entry is open to anyone who tweets between 12.00 noon on 15th August and the closing time (described below) in accordance with the format required by us (containing the hashtag #IncahootQuestion), a sensible answer to the question “How many group buying sites have you used & how was the experience?”, and who agrees to proceed based on these Free Prize Draw Rules, but the following people are excluded: a) employees of Incahoot; b) anyone resident outside the United Kingdom; and c) anyone under the age of 18.
3. There is one prize of £15 Amazon gift voucher. Incahoot may at any time without notice change the prize and replace it with a suitable alternative.
4. Entry to the prize draw does not require purchase of any products or services.
5. The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash or another prize.
6. Only one entry is permitted per person. Each entry is non-transferable.
7. To enter the prize draw, you must tweet as described in paragraph 2 above.
8. We may use your data as set out in our latest version of our Privacy Policy applicable at the time when you submit your entry, and also as described in these Free Prize Draw Rules.
9. The closing date for qualifying for entry for the prize draw is for tweeting your answer by midnight local time in London at the end of 21st August 2011.
10. All completed qualifying tweets of which we are aware using technology used to track the tweeting will be placed into a draw and the winner (and substitute in case of non-availability of the winner) will be drawn at random within 7 days of the closing date for qualifying (i.e. the draw will take place on or before 28th August 2011).
11. We shall use our reasonable endeavors to inform the winner within 7 days of the draw that they have won by contacting them via their twitter feed. If we are unable to contact them during that timeframe (having used our reasonable endeavors) or if they fail to contact us with sufficient provide details within that timeframe so that we can deliver the prize, this will result in us awarding the prize to the substitute winner instead, and this process may continue in respect of any such substitute winner.
12. The prize will be delivered to the winner (or substitute winner) within one calendar month of the date on which we informed you of you having won the prize. If you do not receive the prize by 28th September 2011 you must notify Incahoot of this by email to marketing@incahoot.com
13. The winner agrees to take part in publicity for Incahoot as Incahoot reasonably requires, including their picture, for promoting their services.
14. Information that you provide must be complete, accurate and not misleading. You agree that Incahoot may use the information, comments and opinions you have given for market research purposes.
15. Incahoot accepts no responsibility for ineligible or fraudulent entries. Incahoot also accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors or failure to enter caused by any technology used by Incahoot to track tweeting.
16. Incahoot may publish the name and general location of the winner on the Website and Incahoot’s other marketing materials and all entrants agree to this disclosure.
17. You agree to these rules when you enter the prize draw. You must comply with all the rules and terms of use referred to in this document to be eligible to win a prize. Incahoot may withdraw this promotion or amend these rules at any time without notice for reasons out of its control.
18. Incahoot’s decisions as to any aspect of the prize draw are final. Incahoot will not enter into any correspondence with you concerning its decisions.
19. These rules and the prize draw shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to these rules and the prize draw.
