Incahoot Mobile Phone Dongle Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: Incahoot Limited, a company registered in England under number 06635483 with our registered office at Office 404, Albany House, 324 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH, England (“Incahoot”, “we”, “us” or “our”).   2. Entry to the promotion is open to “Valid Entrants”, meaning anyone who orders the purchase of a contract mobile phone through the website at www.incahoot.com (the “Website”) between [00:01] on 24 August 2011 and [23:59] on 30 September 2011 and whose application to purchase the contract mobile phone is accepted and confirmed by Hutchison 3G UK Limited (the “Supplier”), and who agrees to proceed based on these Promotion Terms and Conditions.  Please be aware that the Supplier may refuse to accept your request to purchase a mobile phone contract for any reason (including as a result of a credit check).
  3. Each Valid Entrant will be entitled to one free mobile broadband dongle product (“Free Product”) with the following specification: Three Mobile's Standard Pay As You Go + 1 dongle pre loaded with 1GB of data valid for 30 days.  Incahoot may at any time without notice change the Free Product and replace it with a suitable alternative.
  4. You cannot exchange the Free Product for cash or another product from us.
  5. Only one entry is permitted per person.  Each entry is non-transferable.
  6. We may use your data as set out in our latest version of our Privacy Policy  applicable at the time when you submit your entry, and also as described in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  7. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to send you the Free Product within one month of our receipt from the Supplier that your application to purchase the contract mobile phone is accepted and confirmed. We shall not be responsible for any loss of the Free Product from the point at which we have delivered the Free Product to the Post Office for dispatch.
  8. In taking part in the promotion, you agree that the Free Product will be supplied by the Supplier and we are the Supplier’s agent for the supply of it.  Accordingly, if there are any quality issues with the Free Product, the Supplier’s (or their supplier’s) standard warranty terms apply and you should take up those issues with the Supplier.  We do not exclude our liability for our fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that we cannot exclude at law; but other than that, we shall not have any liability in respect of any Free Product.
  9. You agree to these Promotion Terms and Conditions when you enter for the promotion and to be eligible to win a prize.  Incahoot may withdraw this promotion or amend these rules at any time without notice for reasons out of its control.
  10. Incahoot’s decisions as to any aspect of the promotion. Incahoot will not enter into any correspondence with you concerning it.
  11. These Promotion Terms and Conditions and the promotion shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the promotion.
