1. 2. Entry to the promotion is open to “Valid Entrants”, meaning anyone who places an order for the purchase of any Plusnet broadband service (“Qualifying Service”) through the website at www.incahoot.com (the “Website”) which is received by us between 00:01 on 26 September 2011 and 23:59 on 10 October 2011 and whose application to purchase the Qualifying Service is accepted and confirmed by Plusnet Plc (the “Supplier”), and who agrees to proceed based on these Promotion Terms. Please be aware that the Supplier may refuse to accept your request to purchase the Qualifying Service for any reason (including as a result of a credit check), but the following people are excluded: a) employees of Incahoot; b) anyone resident outside the United Kingdom; and c) anyone under the age of 18.
3. There is one prize of one year’s free broadband for the Qualifying Service (the “Prize”). This prize includes the broadband service itself (and any VAT on that element) but does not include any other services or products (such as line rental or call charges). Incahoot may at any time without notice change the Prize and replace it with a suitable alternative.
4. The winner cannot exchange the Prize for cash or another prize.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. Each entry is non-transferable.
6. We may use your data as set out in our latest version of our Privacy Policy applicable at the time when you submit your entry, and also as described in these Promotion Terms.
7. All Valid Entrants will be placed into a draw and the winner will be drawn at random within one calendar month of the closing date for entering the draw.
8. We shall use our reasonable endeavors to inform the winner within 21 days of the draw that they have won by us using the contact information which the winner has supplied to us. In addition, their account with the Supplier will be credited with the Prize within that time.
9. In taking part in the promotion, you agree that the Qualifying Service and the Prize will be supplied by the Supplier. Accordingly, if there are any quality issues with the Qualifying Service or the Prize, the Supplier’s terms and conditions applicable to that service apply and you should take up those issues with the Supplier. We do not exclude our liability for our fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that we cannot exclude at law; but other than that, we shall not have any liability in respect of any Qualifying Service or the Prize.
10. All winners agree to take part in publicity for Incahoot and the Supplier as Incahoot and the Supplier reasonably requires, including their picture, for promoting their services.
11. Information that you provide must be complete, accurate and not misleading.
12. Incahoot accepts no responsibility for ineligible or fraudulent entries.
13. Incahoot and the Supplier may publish the name and general location of the winner on the Website and Incahoot's other marketing materials and all entrants agree to this disclosure.
14. Incahoot does not make any guarantees that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information or other material on it is free of viruses or other harmful components. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any use of the Website is subject to the Incahoot Terms of Use.
15. You agree to these Promotion Terms when you enter the prize draw. You must comply with all the rules and terms of use referred to in this document to be eligible to win the Prize. Incahoot may withdraw this promotion or amend these Promotion Terms at any time without notice for reasons out of its control.
16. Incahoot's decisions as to any aspect of the prize draw are final. Incahoot will not enter into any correspondence with you concerning its decisions.
17. These Promotion Terms and the prize draw shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to these Promotion Terms and the prize draw.
