Yes. If you want to keep your mobile phone number and use it with your 3 mobile SIM just contact your current mobile network and ask for a Port Authorisation Code (PAC).
When you've got your PAC, call 333 for free (from your mobile with the 3 SIM in it), or call 0843 373 3333 from any other phone (national rate). It usually takes Three just 2 working days to transfer your number. But remember:
You must have a Three account before they can transfer your old number.
Your account with your old provider still needs to be active to get a PAC.
A smartphone is a mobile phone that offers more computing capability and connectivity than a standard mobile phone.
A smartphone also allows you to buy, install and run applications based on the phones specific operating software for example the Apple iPhone runs mobile applications from Apples App store. Applications allow you to customize your Smart phone with everything from Games and Social Networking to a library of Books and tv shows all on your mobile phone.

All our phones are compatible with the internet so you don't need to do anything to access it – it's already set up on your Three phone. Just go to Planet 3 where you can browse for free.
The cost of using the internet on your phone will come out of your internet allowance. To keep track of how much you're using, go to My3, either on your phone or computer, and select Check my usage.
