To order Plusnet broadband from Incahoot you will be sent to the Plusnet website. The exclusive £2.00 discount for Incahoot members will be added at the checkout when you select the broadband package.

Incahoot members save £24 on top of any other savings by switching to the UK's lowest cost provider.

Important things to note

Plusnet broadband with a 12 month contract: There is a £25 activation charge but this is free if you add Home Phone to your order. We'll also give you a free wireless router worth £40.

If you prefer to not have a fixed contract then you can choose to have broadband with no contract: There's a £25 activation charge with this option (you'll pay this even if you add Home Phone to your order). You can use your own router if it's compatible or you can pay for one up front.

Plusnet Value: If you live in a low cost area it costs £4.49 a month. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £4.49 a month for the first three months, then £8.79 or £10.99 a month depending on where you live.

Plusnet Extra: If you live in a low cost area it costs £9.49 a month. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £9.49 a month for the first three months, then £13.79 or £15.99 a month depending on where you live.

Phoneline: You'll need a Plusnet or BT landline to get our broadband. Our landline service (called Home Phone) costs £11.99 including evening and weekend calls. More about Plusnet Home Phone

Speed: Broadband speed is described as up to 20Mb because your actual download speeds will vary depending on where you live. We'll give you a speed estimate when you sign up.

Plusnet Assist: Free to download and use as part of your service. Put it on all the PC and laptops in your house and it’ll even help you share files and printers. It’s like having your own personal technical support right there on the desktop.

for problems.
